Immo Bigsand needed a completely new website to better present its properties and strengthen its digital presence, without introducing another system employees would have to maintain.
Wizzou designed and developed the new website around their existing workflow. A custom WordPress integration connects the website directly with Zabun, allowing the agency to continue managing its property portfolio from one central location while keeping the public website automatically synchronized.
Where the Challenge Began
A New Website Without Another System to Manage
For a real estate agency, the website is only one part of a larger operational workflow. Property information, availability, descriptions, images and other data already live inside specialized real estate software.
Maintaining the same information separately inside WordPress would introduce duplicate work and create the risk that information displayed publicly no longer matches the agency's actual property portfolio.
Simply requesting information from Zabun whenever someone visits the website would solve the synchronization problem, but would introduce another dependency: if the external platform became unavailable or responded slowly, the public website could be affected as well.
Immo Bigsand needed Zabun to remain the single source of truth without making the availability of its website dependent on it.
From Challenge to Solution
One Source of Truth, Synchronized Locally
Wizzou designed and developed a completely new website for Immo Bigsand together with a custom WordPress plugin responsible for integrating Zabun with the site.
Properties, their information and associated media are automatically synchronized from Zabun, allowing the Immo Bigsand team to continue working within the software already used for their daily operations. Changes made there can flow into the website without requiring the same content to be maintained manually in WordPress.
Rather than treating Zabun as a live dependency for every visitor request, the integration synchronizes the required information into the website. The public site can therefore continue serving property information from its local data even when the external service is temporarily unavailable.
This architecture combines the operational convenience of a single source of truth with the resilience and performance benefits of keeping the public website independently accessible.

Zabun remains the central location for managing properties while the custom integration keeps the website synchronized automatically, including the media and information required to present listings online.
At the same time, the synchronization architecture isolates the customer-facing website from temporary external outages. Visitors can continue browsing synchronized property information even when the upstream platform is unavailable.
The result is a website that is easier for the agency to operate, more resilient for visitors and built around the systems the business already relies on.
